Mentorship Program

 

What Does It Offer?

 

There are two sides to the Mentorship Program.

• Mentees have the opportunity to meet and foster relationships with professionals who have demonstrated mastery in various areas of the industry. Working with their mentors, these individuals can create strategic career maps for long-term growth, leverage their mentors’ experience to resolve pressing issues within their current roles and receive direction where potential access to resources may be required. 

• Mentors simply have the opportunity to give back and share their experience to assist with the development of new and existing talent within the transit industry.
